Terms of Use

1. What you're signing up for

The service lets you create, edit, and publish a landing page at a Flag address, using the features available in the editor. Each account includes one landing page. The suggested templates, text, and images are starting points; you are responsible for the final setup. The builder does not, by itself, include custom website development, an online store with checkout, a custom domain, or campaign management.

2. Account and content

Provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and use the account responsibly. You are responsible for the text, images, brands, offers, links, and information you publish, including obtaining any permissions required to use them and handling the contacts you receive. You retain the rights to your content and authorize Flag to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service.

Do not use the platform for fraud, spam, illegal content, infringement of third-party rights, or actions that compromise the security or operation of the service. We may restrict content or access when there are reasonable indications of abuse, a legal requirement, or a risk to the platform, and will notify you when possible.

3. Free trial and subscription

The trial lasts 15 days, with no credit card required and no automatic charge at the end. To keep using the builder after this period, the advertised plan costs R$ 29,90 per month. To subscribe, contact the Flag team through the My subscription section of the dashboard; online payment is not yet available. The applicable payment and activation terms will be provided before you confirm your subscription.

If there is no current trial or active subscription, the page may go offline and editing and publishing will be unavailable. The setup may remain stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy, but there is no promise that it will be kept indefinitely.

4. Publishing and operation

You choose an available address, review the preview, and publish your page. Changes to the draft only replace the live version when you publish again. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, technical failures, or outages of external services may occur. Using the tool does not guarantee any number of visits, contacts, or sales, or any particular search engine ranking.

5. Visitor data and external services

Forms on your landing page generate messages in your dashboard area. You must inform your visitors about how the data you collect is processed and respond to their requests when applicable. Links to WhatsApp, social networks, and other websites lead to third-party services that are subject to their own platform rules.

6. Changes and contact

We may improve features and update these terms. Material changes to the service conditions will be communicated appropriately before they take effect, while respecting users' rights. For questions, account requests, or matters related to these terms, write to contato@agenciaflag.com.br.
