1. Data we receive

In the editor, we store your page settings, text, images, links, and published changes. When someone uses your landing page form, we record the data and message submitted by the visitor, linked to your account and page. Technical data related to access, sessions, devices, and security may also be recorded, such as an IP address or identifiers derived from it.

2. How we use the data

We use this data to authenticate you, provide the trial and subscription, save and publish your page, deliver incoming messages, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Technical and browsing data from the site may help measure usage and make improvements, in accordance with the privacy notice shown while you browse.

3. Who can access the data

Messages submitted through the form are available in the Messages section of the account responsible for the landing page; the builder does not forward them by email. Flag may access information only when strictly necessary for support, security, operation, or compliance with obligations. Hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers may process data to enable the service, subject to the applicable conditions. We do not sell your personal data.

Content you choose to publish on your landing page is visible to any visitor. If you include personal data in public text, you are choosing to disclose it.

4. Protection and retention

We take technical and organizational measures to protect information, including secure password storage. No online service can promise zero risk. We retain data for as long as needed for the purposes described, account operation, security, and legal obligations. After the trial or subscription ends, the page may go offline without its setup being deleted immediately. Deletion requests are assessed in light of legal retention requirements and the technical limitations of backup copies.

5. Your rights and those of visitors

You can request information about how your data is processed, access to it, correction, and, where applicable, deletion or other measures provided for under the LGPD. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm your identity before fulfilling your request. If a visitor wants to exercise their rights regarding data submitted through your page’s form, we may also direct them to the person responsible for the page, as appropriate.
